Psychological support group
We invite you to a psychological support group. Goal: to help find internal and external resources to cope with forced displacement; to process anxiety, fears; to provide tools for self-help; to create a safe environment for reacting to negative experiences; to provide support in the person of psychotherapists (male and female) and the group. Target audience: women who were forced to leave abroad with children due to the war. How often: weekly or once every 2 weeks, duration 3 months (initially, further - to be discussed with group members). The group is closed, 8-10 people (not all will be present all the time).
