Practical knowledge in the field of psychology: social psychology, conflictology, psychiatry, private psychotherapeutic practice.

Tetyana Svyatenko is a practicing client-centered psychotherapist and psychologist, and crisis consultant.

Leader of a group program for the development of Basic Mental Skills.

In addition to experience in psychology and psychotherapy, since 2013 she has collaborated with IT companies as an HR specialist, HR coordinator, and head of the HR department (outsourcing and product companies), including overseeing development and training processes.

Since 2016, she has also provided advisory support to CEOs, founders, and HR in the areas of HR brand development, corporate culture, and organizational psychology.

How does the first consultation
take place?

Introduction and discussion of the problem
The work begins with an initial interview, where the main tasks are defined and all framework conditions are agreed upon. For the initial interview, 1 to 4 meetings are required.

We outline a plan for further actions
We clarify our expectations from the consultations, the goals that can be achieved during the work. We will discuss the duration of the analysis and the frequency of meetings.

Understanding the scope of work and solution methods
Sometimes there is a need to solve one specific problem, but there is no need for a deep analysis. It may be the other way around. We will discuss this and come to a joint solution.
