Payment method – prepayment 100% (for consultation, certificate or rental).

The first payment is made only in non-cash form using the details provided.
After payment - you send a receipt to the administrator of the center corresponding to your location.

Subsequent consultations, if payment in cash is required, are also possible.

The cash payment format involves prepayment for the consultation, namely: for consultations starting from the 2nd, in the office when you make an appointment for the next consultation and pay immediately, or later, but not less than 2 business days of the center, before the start of the consultation.

The work begins with an initial interview, where the main objectives of the therapy are determined within the framework of the request and all framework conditions are agreed upon.

During the first meeting, the psychologist asks questions and the client answers. An important point is that the client himself can ask the psychologist all the questions that are important to him, if necessary: about education, understanding of the problem itself, work experience or any others. And this applies not only to the first consultation, but also to further work.

First of all, remember that during the first consultation, the psychotherapist will help you clarify your request by asking questions. However, a correctly formulated question to yourself (as a request for therapy) is all part of working on yourself.

Therefore, we recommend that you pay attention to the following recommendations.

  • Why did you seek help now? Have you had previous therapy experience?
  • Tell us about the problem, highlight the most important things.
  • Describe what you are feeling, on the level of emotions, body, thoughts. For example: “I sleep badly, I have become irritable, I often break down over little things, etc.”, “I think about bad things all the time,” “When I am stressed, I often eat and then feel ashamed.”
  • Tell the background of the problem, but keep the focus on yourself without clarifying the behavior and thoughts of others.
  • If your request concerns work and career, tell us what you are not happy with right now.
  • Try to formulate what exactly you expect. For example: "I want to understand whether it is possible to save the relationship and restore an atmosphere of trust and harmony."

If you don't have a clear definition of what you need from therapy, it doesn't make you an ideal or desirable client. If you've thought about taking care of your mental state, this is a big step forward and a reason to sign up for a psychotherapist. Share with the specialist what is bothering you, and the psychotherapist will help you formulate a request.

Typically, at the first meeting, the client shares with the therapist what is bothering them the most. Often, these are superficial problems that are just the tip of the iceberg. The therapist will help to look deeper into the trigger situation or reaction that has long become a habit, formulate a specific reason for the visit, and plan the course of therapy.
