I. Avoidant personality disorder
  1. I am socially inept and undesirable in work or social situations.
  2. Other people are potentially critical, indifferent, and inclined to belittle or reject me.
  3. I can't stand unpleasant feelings.
  4. If people get close to me, they will discover who I am and reject me.
  5. It's unbearable when I'm considered inferior or inadequate.
  6. I must avoid unpleasant situations at all costs.
  7. If I feel something unpleasant or think about it, I should try to forget about it or distract myself, for example, by thinking about something else, having a drink, taking a pill, or watching TV.
  8. I should avoid situations where I attract attention, or be as inconspicuous as possible.
  9. Unpleasant feelings will intensify and get out of control.
  10. If others criticize me, they are probably right.
  11. It is better to do nothing than to try to do something that may end in failure.
  12. If I don't think about a problem, I don't need to solve it.
  13. Any signs of tension in a relationship indicate that the relationship has deteriorated; therefore, it should be ended.
  14. If I ignore the problem, it will go away.
II. Dependent personality disorder
  1. I am needy and weak.
  2. I need someone who is always available to help me cope with what I have to do or if something bad happens.
  3. My assistant can take care of me, support me, and trust me if they want to.
  4. I am helpless when I act alone.
  5. If I can't get attached to a stronger person, I stay alone.
  6. The worst thing that could happen to me is if I get abandoned.
  7. If I am not loved, I will always be unhappy.
  8. I should not do anything that might offend someone who supports me or helps me.
  9. I have to be in a dependent position to maintain his good attitude.
  10. I should always have access to it.
  11. I must maintain as close a relationship as possible.
  12. I can't make decisions myself.
  13. I can't overcome problems like others do.
  14. I need other people to help me make decisions or tell me what to do.
III. Passive-aggressive personality disorder
  1. I am self-sufficient, but I need others to help me achieve my goals.
  2. The only way to maintain a sense of self-worth is to assert yourself indirectly, for example, by not following instructions.
  3. I like to get attached to people, but I don't want to be controlled.
  4. People in positions of power are usually pushy, demanding, intrusive, and prone to command.
  5. I must resist the dominance of those in power, but at the same time seek their approval and acceptance.
  6. It is unbearable to be under the control or power of others.
  7. I have to do everything my own way.
  8. Setting deadlines, meeting demands, and accommodating is a direct threat to my pride and self-sufficiency.
  9. If I obey the rules as people expect, it limits my freedom of action.
  10. It is better not to express your anger directly, but to show discontent through disobedience.
  11. I know what I need and what is good for me, and others shouldn't tell me what to do.
  12. The rules are arbitrary and limit me.
  13. Other people are often too demanding.
  14. If I find people too domineering, then I have the right to ignore their demands.
IV. Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder
  1. I am fully responsible for myself and others.
  2. I have to rely on myself to make sure everything gets done.
  3. Others are too frivolous, often irresponsible, self-indulgent, or incompetent.
  4. It is important to perform any work perfectly.
  5. I need order, systems, and rules to get the job done properly.
  6. If I don't have systems, everything can fall apart.
  7. Any flaw or defect in the work can lead to disaster.
  8. You must always maintain the highest standards, or everything will fall apart.
  9. I have to have complete control over my emotions.
  10. People should do everything in my opinion.
  11. If I don't perform at the highest level, I will fail.
  12. Flaws, defects or errors are unacceptable.
  13. Details are extremely important.
  14. I do everything to the best of my ability.
V. Antisocial personality disorder
  1. I have to be careful.
  2. Force or cunning is the best way to achieve your goal.
  3. We live in the jungle, and the strongest survive.
  4. People will get to me if I don't get to them first.
  5. It is not necessary to keep promises and repay debts.
  6. You can lie as long as you don't get caught lying.
  7. I have been treated unfairly and I have the right to get my fair share by any means available.
  8. Other people are weak and deserve to be deceived.
  9. If I don't oppress others, they will oppress me.
  10. I have to do everything that will go unpunished.
  11. It doesn't matter what others think of me.
  12. If I want something, I have to do everything to get it.
  13. I can get out of the water dry, so I don't have to worry about bad consequences.
  14. If people can't take care of themselves, that's their problem.
VI. Narcissistic Personality Disorder
  1. I am a special person.
  2. Because I am the best, I am entitled to special treatment and privileges.
  3. I shouldn't be bound by the rules that apply to other people.
  4. It is very important to gain recognition, earn praise, and arouse admiration.
  5. If others do not respect my status, they should be punished.
  6. Other people should meet my needs.
  7. Other people need to understand how special I am.
  8. It is unbearable if I am not shown proper respect or if I do not receive what I am entitled to.
  9. Other people don't deserve the admiration or wealth they receive.
  10. People have no right to criticize me.
  11. No one else's needs should have to do with my own.
  12. Since I'm so talented, people should promote my career.
  13. Only people as distinguished as I am understand me.
  14. I have reason to hope for a great future.
VII. Histrionic personality disorder
  1. I am an interesting, attractive person.
  2. To feel happy, I have to attract the attention of others.
  3. If I don't entertain or impress people, I'm nothing.
  4. If I am not interesting to others, they will not love me.
  5. To achieve your goals, you need to surprise or entertain people.
  6. If people don't respond positively to me, they're disgusting.
  7. It's horrible if people ignore me.
  8. I have to be the center of attention.
  9. I can't burden myself with thinking - I just have to rely on my "inner" feeling.
  10. When I entertain people, they don't notice my weaknesses.
  11. I can't stand boredom.
  12. If I feel like doing something, I have to do it.
  13. People will only pay attention to me when I act in extreme ways.
  14. Feelings and intuition are much more important than rational thinking and planning.
VIII. Schizoid and schizotypal personality disorder
  1. It doesn't matter what other people think of me.
  2. It is important for me to be free and independent.
  3. I prefer to act alone than with someone.
  4. In many situations, it is better to be left alone.
  5. No one influences the decision.
  6. Close relationships with people are not important to me.
  7. I set my own standards and goals for myself.
  8. My private life is much more important to me than being close to people.
  9. It doesn't matter to me what other people think.
  10. I can handle everything on my own without any help.
  11. It's better to be alone than to feel "attached" to other people.
  12. I shouldn't trust anyone.
  13. I can use people for my own purposes as long as I manage to avoid close relationships with them.
  14. Relationships are messy and restrict freedom.
IX. Paranoid Personality Disorder
  1. I can't trust people.
  2. Other people have ulterior motives.
  3. Others will try to use me or manipulate me if I am not careful.
  4. I must always be ready.
  5. Trusting people is dangerous.
  6. If people act friendly, they might try to use or exploit me.
  7. People will take advantage of me if I give them the opportunity.
  8. Other people are unfriendly.
  9. Other people will deliberately try to humiliate me.
  10. Often people intentionally want to annoy me.
  11. I will have serious problems if I let other people think they can mistreat me with impunity.
  12. If other people find out something about me, they use it against me.
  13. People often say one thing and mean another.
  14. A person with whom I am in a close relationship may turn out to be treacherous or betray me.
