Veronika is a Support Person for me! She is not just a qualified specialist, but a person who works in her place, dedicated to helping others. Answers to frequently asked questions

Didn't find the answer to your question? Write to us and we will be happy to help.

First of all, remember that during the first consultation, a psychologist will help you clarify your request by asking questions. However, a correctly formulated question to yourself (like a request for therapy) is all part of working on yourself.

Therefore, we recommend that you pay attention to the following recommendations.

  • Why did you seek help now? Have you had previous therapy experience?
  • Tell us about the problem, highlight the most important things.
  • Describe what you are feeling, on the level of emotions, body, thoughts. For example: “I sleep badly, I have become irritable, I often break down over little things, etc.”, “I think about bad things all the time,” “When I am stressed, I often eat and then feel ashamed.”
  • Tell the background of the problem, but keep the focus on yourself without clarifying the behavior and thoughts of others.
  • If your request concerns work and career, tell us what you are not happy with right now.
  • Try to formulate what exactly you expect. For example: "I want to understand whether it is possible to save the relationship and restore an atmosphere of trust and harmony."
If you don't have a clear statement of what you need from therapy, it doesn't make you an ideal or desirable client. If you've thought about taking care of your mental state, this is a big step forward and a reason to sign up for a psychologist. Share with the specialist what's bothering you, and the psychologist will help you formulate your request.
Usually, at the first meeting, the client shares with the psychologist what worries him the most. Often, these are superficial problems that are just the tip of the iceberg. The psychologist will help to look deeper into the trigger situation or reaction that has long become a habit, formulate a specific reason for the visit and plan the course of therapy.
And remember, it's okay to feel like you need a different professional and want to change psychologists. Online therapy is a great way to find your own specialist, as you can try therapy with many professionals from the comfort of your own home.

You can see the price of the service on the specialist's page. Please note that you can use the specialist selection service, or clarify the details with the administrator.

And by purchasing a certificate for 5 or 10 consultations, you can get a discount.

The work begins with an initial interview, where the main objectives of the therapy are determined within the framework of the request and all framework conditions are agreed upon.

During the first meeting, the psychologist asks questions and the client answers. An important point is that the client himself can ask the psychologist all the questions that are important to him, if necessary: about education, understanding of the problem itself, work experience or any others. And this applies not only to the first consultation, but also to further work.

Yes, 24 hours before the consultation.

The number of sessions needed to address a particular issue during therapy is a question that is often asked, but the answer to it can be complex.

It depends on several factors that vary in each specific situation👇🏼

Difficulty of the problem: Therapy can involve a variety of problems, from mild to complex. The degree of complexity can affect the number of sessions needed to achieve results.

Individual characteristics: Each person is unique, and therefore the number of sessions may vary depending on individual characteristics, including personality characteristics, level of motivation, and readiness for change.

Resources and support: The availability of resources, such as finances and time, as well as the level of support from loved ones, can affect the affordability of seeing a psychologist and the ability to complete homework assignments.

As we can see, the answer to the question of the number of sessions in therapy is individual for each person and is usually discussed by the psychologist based on the client's unique needs and circumstances.

It is important to remember that therapy is a process, not an instant solution to a problem, and requires time, effort, and cooperation to achieve positive results that will definitely be

Yes, of course it is possible.

Therapy as a process should lead to qualitative changes in various areas of life.
